Every Church Planter Needs a Residency
Every church planter should have something of a residency program.
They need to have a chance to train and learn a system.
What this means
You may need to slow down
You may need to find a church that can teach you some things
You may be ready to go without an official residency because you've already been running. This is most frequently seen in church planting from youth pastors and executive pastors. Even still, a residency CAN and WILL help you.
